Q: Does my order include a tracking number?
A: If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, your order will include a tracking number. If you selected untracked shipping, your order does not include a tracking number.
Q: Where is my order?
A: Orders ship every 3-4 business days. You will receive an email/text message once your order has shipped. Please refer to your tracking number if you chose tracked shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update. If you chose untracked shipping, please allow up to 1 month for delivery due to USPS labor shortages and COVID-19. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us. We are happy to help!
